On May 29th, we put out the call for support, and you answered in a BIG way!
Thank you for your generosity!
Matters On Tomorrow (MOT) and our partnering organizations raised $20,000 in only 24 hours with 31 unique donors. MOT finished 33rd out of 305 organizations, raising more money than large organizations such as the Foundation for Lincoln Public Schools, the Lincoln Children’s Zoo and NET Foundation for Television!
A total of $2.6 million was donated on May 29th to nonprofit organizations 
within Lancaster County, Nebraska. This means Matters On Tomorrow will receive a proportional match of an additional $2,596! Considering the extremely low overhead of our program with no paid staff or buildings to maintain, these dollars will make a significant impact going directly to our many programs and outreach.
Your generous donations will sponsor both secondary and college students, support microloans, and expand other nonprofit organizations to meet the needs of our neighbors. With so much technology in the world today our sense of community seems stressed at times by together we are changing lives on a personal level. We hope you will continue to be part of this work we have begun and MOT will definitely keep you updated on all our efforts.
